- Organising registration of labour relations with employees (hiring, transfer, dismissal). Filing and maintaining employment record books. Organising time-card keeping. Developing, maintaining and updating the staffing table. Organising storage of documents governing labour relations. Advising on labour legislation matters
- Introducing a web time sheet: a 1C-based application providing access to the time sheet through a web interface
- Automating the process of filing labour contracts into the programme by implementing the module in 1C with due account for company’s business processes. Document loading from the client’s internal programme has been configured, verification reports have been developed to control the correctness of document loading
- Implementing an extra module in 1C to generate and upload payment orders to the FTSI, upload payroll registers and individual payment orders for settlement under labour contracts
- Setting up automatic uploading of postings with due account for analytics in “1C Enterprise Accounting” and a report on posting generation verification
Result
- Optimisation of estimated costs by 20% per function due to the exclusion of expenses for establishment and development of own HR service (including the cost of payroll and salary fund, rent of spaces, software purchase)
- Risks of data confidentiality breaches reduced to 0. Thanks to the configured module, the client’s Accounting Department does not have access to employee-related confidential data
- Eliminated manual entry errors due to automated filing of documents into the system
