Solution

  • Unicon Outsourcing solution “1C Personal Account” with the support of HR electronic document flow has been implemented to automate the process of filing applications from employees, including applications for remote work​
  • Fully electronic and automated timesheet accounting. Configured reports for managers for correct calculation of overtime work of subordinate employees ​
  • Configured electronic schedule of subordinate employees’ leaves for leave balance analysis. This solution helps to automate execution of leave orders and download them directly from the 1C schedule​
  • Configured non-standard report on overtime work (the working time standard is calculated based on the individual norm instead of the occupational calendar)​
  • Organised military registration: measures have been taken to identify persons liable for military service, documentation has been prepared to register the company with the military authorities, Unicon Outsourcing specialists regularly liaise with military commissariats on all issues​

Result

  • Cost optimisation per function ​by 30% due to HR process automation and by 20% due to HR electronic document flow (rejection of paper documents, reduction of record storage spaces)​
  • The risk of erroneous overwork calculation and violations of the the Labour Code of the Russian Federation (a fine – RUB 50 thousand for each employee) reduced to 0​
  • In 2 months, the 1C ZUP 2.5 database has been completely transferred to the Unicon Outsourcing servers, the solution “1C Personal Account” has been implemented, and the personnel has been trained. ​
  • In 4 months, the database has been transferred to 1C ZUP 3.1 and the transition to HR electronic document flow has been organised​
  • In 2 months, the military registration process has been organised for 160 employees liable for military service. No violations were revealed based on the inspections performed​
