Objective

Solution
- Development of accounting policies, alignment of financial business processes; registration of accounting and tax records; contracts registration with currency control authorities
- The company was offered to switch to the electronic document flow. The solution allows for tracking that the necessary documents are sent and signed by the counterparties and transactions are timely registered with currency control authorities, it also eliminates problems associated with delays, missing or incorrectly affixed date of signing
- Configured portal for document share and storage based on Microsoft SharePoint
- Unicon Outsourcing employees regularly advise clients on all issues, including process optimisation and currency legislation
Result
- The overdraft problem has been solved. A large amount of data is processed monthly to generate revenue (up to 10,000 data cells) + strict deadline for generating invoices for the client. Timely provision of invoices, forex transaction statements and supporting documents ensures the receipt of money on settlement accounts and eliminates the need to use overdraft facilities (using bank money with interest payment)
- Introduction of the electronic document flow has minimised the risks of loss or late receipt of documents, which allowed the client to avoid fines (which previously amounted to about RUB 1 million per year)
- All audits resulted in positive audit opinions
