Tellabs has outsourced its accountancy functionality June 2011 while establishing an agency in Russia. As their business expanded in January 2012, the company has started an LLC in addition to the agency. The responsibility of Unicon Outsourcing is financial and HR accountancy, and payroll calculation for the customer. The company uses 1C:Accountancy and 1C:Salary and Personnel Management software for the calculations.
