Goals and results
- Russia was the first country within the global project to transfer accounting functions to outsourcing provider
- The project was acknowledged as successful, and experience of Russian team was taken into account when outsourcing model was implemented in other countries.
- European Outsourcing Association awarded network with a title "The best service provider of 2012" for this project.
- Prior to the start of regular service provision Unicon Outsourcing and the client developed procedures and business processes through series of various workshops. It took one year to complete the work, but the transition to the outsourcing model went as smoothly as possible.
- All accounting processes and documents were brought to accord with the requirements of Russian legislation.
- Specialists of Unicon Outsourcing developed all necessary documents for the client to comply with labour legislation of Russian Federation and conduct briefings about safety at a workplace for the client's employees.
