Task
- Setup and maintenance of personnel records and payroll for a new business entering the Russian market
- Compliance with the headquarters’ requirements to the provider: relevant work experience in all EMEA countries for outsourcing processes
Solution
- HR records management were organized from scratch under the project. Unicon Outsourcing specialists developed the required local regulations, rules and templates of personnel documents, executed employment contracts for the client’s employees and developed 1C database.
- 1C Account solution was implemented to automate personnel processes: to execute applications (for vacations, business trips, overtime, personal days off, etc.) and their approval by managers. Printed application forms were set up
Result
- In 2 weeks, a personnel document flow was arranged taking into account the execution of employment contracts for the client’s employees.
- In 1.5 months, 1C Account solution was fully implemented in 1C database
- 10% savings on paper (due to electronic approvals)
- Elimination of the activities associated with HR service establishment and development – absence of payroll expenses wage fund – allowed reducing the potential expenses of the function by 20%. Continuity of business processes
- All audits resulted in positive audit opinions
