Project details
- Unicon Outsourcing helped the client to register a new legal entity, Limited Liability Company.
- The project was acknowledged as successful, and experience of Russian team was taken into account when outsourcing model was implemented in other countries.
- Since the client was supposed to get down to operational activities from the first day, the executives agreed with Unicon Outsourcing all procedures of transfer of accounting and HR functions to the provider prior to the legal entity registration.
- After the registration process was finished Unicon Outsourcing specialists set 1C 8.2 system according to the client’s requirements.
- Unicon Outsourcing team is responsible for the client’s accounting and taxing.
