  • Work arrangement according to the Scrum methodology – development of tasks at regular sprints, instead of a long stage of drawing up a complete project ToR – in order to optimise the transition timing

  • Comparison of data in local and global systems: directory of departments, unique identifiers of employees, types of calculations, HR events, etc.
