- Analysis of the administrative processes involved in HR management in order to optimise, integrate and standardise them, and also make it easier to manage and verify the workflow, minimise the probability of errors, increase the percentage of HR documents which can go through automated processing/preparation and reduce labour costs
- Review and description of current HR processes; SWOT analysis; analysis of procedures to make sure they comply with the relevant legislation, internal procedures and policies (including analysis of by-laws and company regulation)
- Description of integrated administrative processes to implement in HR management, list of recommendations drawn up to optimise the workflow, development of integrated non-standardised HR document forms, guidelines on how to further improve 1C
- Development of unified HR document forms
- Description and development of the workflow for key HR procedures so that they are ready to be implemented in the corporation
- Workflow optimisation, minimisation of workflow errors in HR
