Problem
- The company was not carrying out military registration

- The list of personnel liable for military service was compiled, and military registration documents were restored.
- Unicon Outsourcing specialists developed guidelines on personnel communication business processes for the client: notification of the beginning and procedure of military registration in the company with reference to legislative acts, as well as a list of data that military-liable employees must submit to the employer.
- A full package of documents was prepared for the company’s military registration at its location: an order on the appointment of a person responsible for maintaining military records, an annual plan of actions, the company’s record card and cover letters to the board and the military conscription office.
Result
- In 2 months, the military registration process was organised for 400 military-liable employees.
- Every year Unicon Outsourcing specialists visit the Moscow military conscription office to report on the company’s work and approve the plan of actions for the following year.
- The risks of administrative violations are excluded. Unicon Outsourcing specialists promptly inform military conscription offices throughout Russia about personnel changes (admission or dismissal) related to a military-liable employee, as well as update the information in accordance with the established procedure (by Russian Mail).
- No violations were revealed based on the inspections performed.
