Solution
- The company was proposed to switch from Payroll and HR Management 2.5 to Payroll and HR Management 3.1 to implement the 1C Account functionalities.
- Parallel calculations were carried out at the setup stage for January-March (initially, the client offered to transfer the data for February-March to the database): personnel data was simultaneously entered into the client’s system and into 1C system This allowed submitting payroll reports for H1 and for the entire year.
- Development of terms of reference and the approval of additional works on parallel calculations increased labour costs associated with the project by 130%, and it had to be completed within a short period of time to ensure the continuity of business processes.
Result
- Despite 130% increase in project work volumes, the project was launched in due time.
- In a short time, parallel calculations were set up from January to March, which reduced labour costs associated with personal income tax checks by 20%.
- Salaries were paid to the client’s employees without delay, which made it possible to avoid the dismissal of key employees, reputational risks and fines from the labour inspectorate.
