The Unicon Outsourcing experts have checked the customer’s HR documentation to reveal possible violations and have brought it into compliance with Russia’s prevailing legislation to avoid penatly measures applicable by fiscal and supervisory authorities.
Pursuant to the findings of the audit, the Unicon Outsourcing experts have presented a conclusion specifying the disclosed violations and accompanying risks, as well as recommendations as to their rectification.
