Workday is a cloud-based personnel management system. Each employee entered in the system has its own profile specifying employee’s position, business unit, subordination structure, and contact details. Workday also includes the employee’s key goals for a calendar month, task fulfilment priorities, and development plans of each particular specialist. This information is available not only to HR specialists, but also to heads of business units.
The system gains popularity in Russia, yet, still does not have an official representative office in this country.
