1. How will the transport tax of heavy-goods trucks be paid in 2019?
Starting from 2019, prepayment will apply to heavy-goods trucks. The tax shall be paid quarterly exclusively in the regions, where reporting periods are set out for the transport tax.

2. May the transport tax be reduced by the road toll for heavy-goods trucks in 2019?
No. Starting from 2019, it will be impossible to reduce the tax by the amount of the road toll for heavy-goods trucks. However, it may be taken into account as a part of other expenses when assessing the income tax.
