INCOME TYPE CODE IN PAYMENT ORDERS FOR SALARIES AND OTHER PAYMENTS TO EMPLOYEES
Effective from 01 June 2020, three code options were introduced to be used in box 20 of the payment order:
-
1 — to transfer salaries, vacation allowances, royalties from which a relevant portion may be withheld (Article 99 of Law No. 229-FZ)
-
2 — for child welfares, travel expenses, and other funds not subject to any withholdings (Article 101 of Law No. 229-FZ);
-
3 — for amounts of compensation for damage to health and payment of compensations from the budget to persons who suffered due to radiation or man-made disasters that may not be enforced (Sub-clauses 1 and 4, Part 1, Article 101 of Law No. 229-FZ).
Starting 01 June 2020, it is necessary to specify the amount enforced under an enforcement order from the relevant income in the payment document when transferring salaries or any other income to the bank account.

E.g., if the debt amount is RUB 1,000, the entry shall look as follows: //ВЗС//1000-00//.
