NEW REPORT TO THE PENSION FUND
Starting 01 January 2020, employers are obliged to submit data on the labour activities of each insured person employed by and engaged in employment relationship with them, on a monthly basis, to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation on or before the 15th day of the month following the reporting period.

SUBMITTING INFORMATION ON THE LABOUR ACTIVITIES OF THE EMPLOYEES TO THE PENSION FUND

On 04 February 2020, the Pension Fund approved the SZV-TD report form and the procedure for submitting this report by employers.

The SZV-TD report shall be submitted on a monthly basis, on or before the 15th day of the month following the reporting month.

Based on the data submitted by employers in the SZV-TD report, the Pension Fund of Russia compiles the database of electronic work record books.

The time frames for submitting information on employment and dismissal of employees to the Pension Fund of Russia have changed. Now, it shall be submitted on or before the working day following the day when a respective order is issued.
At first, the Federal Law «On Individual (Personalised) Record-Keeping in the Compulsory Pension Insurance System» stipulated that employers shall submit information on the employment and dismissal of employees to the Pension Fund of Russia on or before the working day following the day when a respective order is issued, starting 01 January 2021. The Decree came into force on 27 April 2020 and will remain in force until 31 December 2020.
