Now, public holidays must be taken into account to calculate the severance pay.
Upon dismissal of an employee due to reduction in staff, headcount or liquidation of a company, the severance pay shall include payment for all days-off and holidays of the month following the month of dismissal.
Child allowances shall be transferred to the MIR card
or bank accounts that do not provide for any transactions using any payment cards, or through post offices.
From 01 February 2020, child allowance will be indexed according to a factor based on the expected rate of inflation.
Restrictions on social deduction for pharmaceuticals have been lifted.
From 01 January 2019, the restriction on the list of medicines specified in Decree of the Government No. 2019 dated 19 March 2001 was lifted and now one may obtain a social deduction from the cost of any pharmaceuticals prescribed by a doctor.
In 2020, the maternity benefits (for 140 days) will increase to:
