From 16 January 2019, employer is responsible for observance of the stated purpose of entry into the Russian Federation by the invited foreign citizen, as well as shall ensure that such employee leaves the country in due time.
From 20 March 2019, employer shall notify the Ministry of Internal Affairs about arrival of a foreigner by sending a new package of documents to the Department.
From 23 March 2019 employers engaging foreign labor in Russia have to ensure the vaccination against measles of all the foreign nationals they currently employ until 31 December 2019.
Since 28 June 2019 the list of foreign employees exempted from obtaining a work permit or a patent has been expanded.
From 28 July 2019 employers shall notify the territorial body of the Ministry of Internal Affairs about departure of a foreign employee according to the agreed form.
Since 9 September 2019 new forms of notices about engagement of foreigners have been introduced.
