Shusterova Lyudmila – Deputy General Director of outsourcing division of BDO group in Russia. She works in the sphere of outsourcing starting from 2001. She had experience in management of projects on moving of client’s functions to outsourcing. She graduated from Engineering Cybernetics faculty of the Moscow State University of Railroads, received MBA degree in American Institute of Business and Economics (AIBEC). She supervises marketing strategy and business development, services and price formation, communicates with potential Customers, provides professional consultations in outsourcing economic efficiency feasibility.
Zulfiya Yupashevskaya – Deputy Director of the department of the transaction services (payroll and HR administration) of outsourcing division of BDO group in Russia, she is a highly qualified expert in HR consulting sphere. She is responsible for qualitative and professional delivery of services in the sphere of HR documentation flow organization, HR audit conduction and HR documentation regeneration, documentation of HR procedures in accordance with the Labour Code. She has two diplomas of high education. She graduated from faculty of Management and Law of Lomonosov Pomorsky State University. The first high education she received at faculty of mechanical engineering of Sevmashvtuz. From 2002 to 2006 she worked as specialist of HR Department in retail chain «Pyaterochka» . From 2006 to 2007 she supervised delivery of services in HR administration of 36,6 Pharmaceutical network.
