The club stems from the annual conference of BDO Unicon Outsourcing and ACCA bringing together financial and HR experts to discuss the most topical market trends. The organisers realised that one event a year did not suffice to scrutinise an issue: speakers need more time for presentations, while the participants are willing to have all their concerns answered.
“The market changes every day, therefore it is difficult to highlight a single subject that would be of interest to all members of the professional community. At some point, we realised that we did not fit in the old framework anymore. This is how we hit on the idea of setting up a club that would unite market professionals and enable them to respond promptly to any changes in the industry,” says Lyudmila Shusterova, Director for Strategic Development at BDO Unicon Outsourcing.
