On 25 November, Lyudmila Shusterova, Director, Strategic Development, BDO Unicon Outsourcing, will attend the 9th all-Russian tax forum entitled "The Tax System as Seen by the Business Community and Authorities".
The forum will bring together representatives of legislative and executive authorities, the financial directors of largest companies and providers of finance and accounting-related software and services. They will discuss the basic points of financial policies in force until the year 2016, out of court settlements of tax-related conflicts, electronic document circulation as related to interaction with tax agencies, the perspectives of the introduction of property tax, excise-related policies, special tax treatment, etc.
M. V. Mishustin, the head of Russia's Federal Tax Agency; A. A. Ivanov, Chairman of the Supreme Arbitration Court of Russia; A. M. Makarov, the Chairman of the Parliamentary Budgetary Committee and others have been invited to attend the plenary session.
Lyudmila Shusterova will contribute to the forum a report on the perspectives of Russia's companies switching to paperless document circulation and on what stands in the way of the daily use of electronic documents and how those complications may be eliminated.
