Sergey Tiunov: «I have been working in the sphere of BPO since the beginning of 90’s of previous century, and for the last 6 years – in BDO Group. I have witnessed establishment and development of Russian outsourcing market. Russian market of accounting functions outsourcing is now valued at 3.8 billion rubles – in the scale of economics it is a very small amount and it means that there is a great opportunity of further growth. In IAOP I represent BDO Group as one of the leaders of Russian BPO market and as a part of international chain, where BPO is being developed actively. An experience of outsourcing in other countries that is accumulated in IAOP undoubtedly is very useful for us, but we definitely will adapt it to our Russian realities».
