On 11 February, an interactive webinar will take place. During it, the BDO international network and The Economist magazine will present the results of the "Return on service" joint study. The purpose of the study, conducted during the year 2013, was revealing the correlation between the financial results of a company and the quality of services provided to its clients.
BDO Unicon Outsourcing invites everyone to join the webinar and take a part in the discussion! The event will primarily interest entrepreneurs representing medium-size and large companies involved in IT and telecommunications, natural resources, financial services and retailing.
The online webinar will be moderated by Monique Woodley, Editor-in-chief of The Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU). Allan Evans, global director of the "Clients and Markets" section of the BDO international network; Tracy Gerard, head of First Direct; Jo Causon, president, the Clients Service Institute and other contributors will share their expert views.
The webinar will consist of the following two parts:
1) the presentation of the results of the study,
2) answering questions; an on-air discussion.
