The service is focused on large and medium enterprises using BOSS-Kadrovik software to maintain HR document flow and payouts to their employees, and willing to outsource those processes.
According to TAdviser, BOSS-Kadrovik is among five most popular HRM systems in Russia, along with 1C: Salary and HR, SAPERPHCM, Kompas, and Galaktika ERP. Nearly one in ten enterprise willing to automatize HR opts for BOSS-Kadrovik.
“Regardless of the system’s popularity with customers, there are few outsourcing services providers that work with the software. This owes to the high cost of market entry for local providers, and the need to invest in procurement of licenses and personnel training. We’ve partnered with the vendor, created a new team to support business processes on the platform, and developed a comfortable plan for outsourcing for those running payroll calculation and accounts on BOSS-Kardovik,” Sergei Tiunov, BDO Unicon Outsourcing’s managing partner, commented. “Thanks to that we expect to expand our customer portfolio by 10 to 15 per cent.”
Presently, the company runs several projects with BOSS-Kadtrovik, and processes upwards of 10,000 paysheets a month using said software.
