On September 29 the Lyudmila Shusterova, BDO Outsourcing division Deputy General Director, Marketing and Business development  delivered a report on Human resources management of companies’ finance team in postcrisis period in the frame of the traditional event of the Rating agency “Expert” Congress Gazeley*: “Medium business management: experts’ discussion”.  Lyudmila was specially invited by the “Expert” magazine to discuss questions of the personnel management and development in the “Human Resources management: opportunities, processes, needs”.

Uniting qualified professionals, the Committees discuss key issues in dedicated areas so that professionals could find good decisions by sharing experiences.

A traditional event of the Expert magazine – Congress “Gazeley” – will take place on September 29, 2010 in Swissotel Krasnye Holmy. The subject of the congress is the “Medium business management: experts’ discussion”. At the invitation of the Expert magazine Lyudmila Shusterova, the deputy of general director of outsourcing department of BDO in Russia, will deliver a report on Human resources management of companies’ finance services in postcrisis period.

The conference on “Trends of changing of the current migration legislation” took place on September 22, 2010 in hotel Baltschug Kempinski Moscow. At the invitation of the Russian-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry the practicing lawyers of the outsourcing division of BDO in Russia took part in the conference. As a part of outsourcing services rendering our lawyers regularly deal in their practice with issues of determining status of working foreign citizens, they also render consulting services on migration legislation execution.

In September the outsourcing division of BDO in Russia released the first number of the Client Alert. The starting of Client Alert coincided with the 5th anniversary of the BDO division which professional outsourcing team celebrated on September 8, 2010.
