An open meeting of IAOP Russian Chapter was held on 10th October in the conference hall of Association of Managers. During this meeting it was decided to appoint Sergey Tiunov, general director of outsourcing division BDO in Russia, a co-chairman of IAOP Russian Chapter.

Outsourcing Division of BDO in Russia reckoned up results of the project conducted in collaboration with “RBC.Rating” on studying demand for handing over different types of internal functions to outsourcing companies among foreign companies operating in Russia. During the survey 200 respondents from small, middle and large scale businesses with 100% share of foreign capital have been questioned.

On September 5, 2011 in Moscow at the office of BDO group an open session of the Committee on BPO Association of strategic outsourcing “ASTRA” took place. The subject of the session is “Primary targets on development of Russian market of business processes outsourcing”.

On August 31, 2011 the Association of strategic outsourcing “ASTRA” announced that a new partner – BDO group, one of the leaders of Russian market of business processes outsourcing – has entered into the association.

BDO group in Russia has received certificate of rating agency “Expert” proving that basing on the results of year 2010 the group is on the list of the largest companies working on the market in the sphere of accounting functions outsourcing.
Rating of companies providing outsourcing services was published in “Expert” magazine in June 2011 (No 23, 2011).
