On October 30, at the Holiday Inn hotel, a scheduled meeting of the FRDS financial directors’ club took place. The considered matter was “Business Cost Management in the Times of Changes”.

From October 22 through 25, in Moscow, Russia CFO Summit organized by the Adam Smith institute took place. The event was attended by experts from the BDO group in Russia.

BDO was recognised as the best outsourcing service provider of the year 2012 at the the Annual European Outsourcing Association Awards - the premier awards ceremony that celebrates pan-European outsourcing best practice.

On June 21, in Moscow, at the "Strategy: Outsourcing 2012" forum, Sergei Tiunov, General Director of the BDO outsourcing division delivered a report.

The first version of the business process outsourcing glossary was produced by the ASTRA strategic outsourcing association on June 14.

The Expert RA rating agency has overviewed the market of outsourcing services concerning accounting functions and summarized its results for the year 2011. The outcome of the overview  was a list and the rating of the largest companies working in this area, among which BDO came up second.
