The event was attended by representatives of such companies as Sakhalin Energy, PepsiCo, Sibur-COB, Volga-Dnieper, GlaxoSmithKlein, Kellogg`s, Lukoil URC Perm and others, equally well-known.
Lyudmila Shusterova related how the BDO outsourcing division concentrated various functions at common servicing centers. During the master class, Lyudmila discussed the optimization of business processes, the adaptation of global practices to local conditions, managing organizational changes, estimating the economic advantages of the use of common business centers and many other topics. She said, "Over the past two or three years, the number of common servicing centers, newly created by holding companies to perform accounting or personnel administration functions, considerably increased. In Russia, most such centers are at the initial stages of development, having operated for just a year or two. Yet they are all similarly engaged in creating efficient client relations, estimating and motivating employees and setting up electronic document circulation. For me, exchanging experiences with colleagues from accounting centers and telling them about what and how our company has done was very interesting", – Lyudmila Shusterova said.
