According to the survey’s findings, 85 per cent of surveyed customers are generally satisfied with the quality of the company’s services, and highly appreciate the results of work with the BDO group. Upwards of 90 per cent of customers believe that cooperation with BDO Unicon Outsourcing provides steady support to businesses in regard of accountanct and HR. Eighty-eight per cent are satisfied with the quality of HR administering, while 91 per cent are completely happy with the payroll calculation service.
This year, BDO Unicon Outsourcing has applied NPS (Net Promoters Score) for the first time, which is an index of pure support demonstarting customer loyalty to company products. BDO Unicon Outsourcing calculated it as ‘the number of customers willing to recommend the company’s services minus the number of unhappy customers divided by the number of neutral / non-respondent customers.’ This year, NPS comprised 67 per cent, which is quite high. By comparison, NPS of Apple’s subdivision responsible for smartphone sales comprised 70 per cent in 2014, while that of their iPad subdivision was 65 per cent (according to
