BDO on the congress Gazeley of the Rating agency “Expert”
On September 29 the Lyudmila Shusterova, BDO Outsourcing division Deputy General Director, Marketing and Business development delivered a report on Human resources management of companies’ finance team in postcrisis period in the frame of the traditional event of the Rating agency “Expert” Congress Gazeley*: “Medium business management: experts’ discussion”. Lyudmila was specially invited by the “Expert” magazine to discuss questions of the personnel management and development in the “Human Resources management: opportunities, processes, needs”.
Among the relevant topics for debates with the experts from real business the “Expert” magazine introduced the questions of postcrisis development of medium size companies, the problems of the occurrence of human resources scarcity nowadays, the questions of personnel stimulation programs development, traditional employer’s choice between money and social package and the proportion of fixed and variable salary components.
In her report Lyudmila briefly described the basic objectives of the companies’ accounting departments, particularized the issue of grading of financial accounting positions according to their experience level, managing experience level, knowledge of accounting systems and other objective factors, Lyudmila expended on the theme of application of regulations for estimation of the employees’ work efficiency basing on the accounting functions types, described the main problems of hiring process and financial officers’ management, told about expected future development of companies which employed accountants and why the companies choose outsourcing. The presentation quickened keen interest in the community of Gazeley congress and prompted many questions to the speaker.

- It was very interesting to take part in the congress. Most members and speakers of the congress are engaged in real businesses, they shared their practical experience of companies’ running in crisis, experience of growing leaders and employees’ motivation. The financial team of these companies everyday have to solve a great deal of various problems, so our experience in the role of outsourcing company can be useful in some issues.
