On October 30, at the Holiday Inn hotel, a scheduled meeting of the FRDS financial directors' club took place. The considered matter was "Business Cost Management in the Times of Changes".
During the event, those in attendance discussed the ways of cutting costs, risk management while coping with changes and the ways of controlling companies' financial and informational risks. Special attention was paid to changes in legislation.
Tatyana Klimanova, the head of the Business Development Department of the BDO outsourcing division, made a presentation entitled "Outsourcing of Accounting as a Tool of Cost Control and the Increase of the Quality of Business Processes". She related the tendencies of the development of outsourcing, ways to save money and the risks involved in switching to this model.
