Conference of “General Director” magazine
Financial director of publishing house Hachette Filipacchi Shkulev Lyudmila Smirnova spoke about effective experience of moving to outsourcing while making a speech on the conference “Effective management of group of companies”. This conference was organized by “General Director” magazine together with practical magazine on Company Finances management “Financial Director”. On the event the speakers had an opportunity to share exclusive experience of the colleagues on solving the basic tasks of managing a group of companies.
General and financial directors of leading Russian and international companies (Ancor, Belaya dacha, Komstar-OTS, Euroset, Sueco, Atlant-M) that have a successful experience in managing a group of companies shared their experience. Lyudmila Smirnova, vice-president, corporate financial director of publishing house Hachette Filipacchi Shkulev that publishes Mass media such as ELLE, MAXIM, Marie Claire, Psychologies, Antenna-Telesem and others, held a report on the event.
Lyudmila Smirnova told about productive cooperation with outsourcing division of BDO in Russia related to transfer of financial functions for outsourcing. “On a conservative estimate the project of outsourcing payroll functions saved more than half of a million rubles per year for Company, – Mrs Smirnova marked in her speech. - Having focused on core activity we have minimized time for solving auxiliary tasks”. As key factors of effective cooperation Lyudmila also mentioned improvement of efficiency of internal business processes, preparation and successful implementation of internal regulations between all divisions of publishing house and BDO, elimination of risks of unsatisfactory services, independence from human factor, high degree of confidentiality and personal data safety.
In addition to traditional factors of outsourcing model efficiency Lyudmila Smirnova laid emphasis on trust between company and provider that is a guarantee of effective collaboration at all stages of project realization.
