Elena Sorokina, Payroll processing centre methodologist:
- On the seminar of Chief accountants club we discussed the topic “Complex issues of calculation of temporary disability, maternity and child care benefits”. The relevance of this topic is determined, on the one hand, by a great number of changes in the RF legislation that caused the new scheme of calculation of temporary disability, maternity and child care benefits. On the other hand, the control of SIF on the documents’ formalization and the amount of payments of child care leaves and benefits was significantly tightened. In the environment when employers faced the necessity to perform new duties of presenting data about employees’ income for benefits calculation in 2011, this topic is of great interest for financial directors and chief accountants of organizations.
