The BDO outsourcing division and the Taxcom company have signed an agreement for cooperation while developing electronic document circulation between companies and state agencies.
The development of solutions for exchanging legally valid documents through systems of electronic document circulation and for saving such documents in accounting systems is planned under the agreement
The solutions being developed will be used by common servicing centers catering to holding companies and outsourcers representing their clients.
BDO professionals will analyze the business requirements of the financial services of Russian companies and dedicated servicing centers and provide methodological support to the developers of the needed software and integration solutions.
The BDO outsourcing division is considering the possibility of using electronic document circulation systems while servicing its more than 250 clients.
The software for this project will be developed by the Taxcom company that has years of experience of developing, setting up and supporting electronic document circulation systems.
Sergei Tiunov, general director of the BDO outsourcing division said, "As Russia's legislation concerning the electronic circulation of legally valid documents improves, the number of companies using electronic document circulation systems for interacting with their counteragents and tax agencies continuously increases. Demand for such solutions increases accordingly. We believe that our cooperation with the Taxcom company will allow us to bring 1S-based services and systems to an all new level".

The Taxcom certification center, one of the largest centers in Russia, provides a full range of services related to issuing and servicing electronic digital signatures. The center has already issued over 1 million certificates used for verifying electronic signatures, including those to be used in corporate document circulation systems and for participating in electronic auctions. The Taxcom certification center is accredited by the network of trusted certification centers of the Federal Tax Service, the Pensions Fund of Russia, the Social Security Fund and the Russian Statistics Agency. It is a member of the network of trusted certification centers of the Russia's State Information Center and the network of the Portal of Trusted Services of the Voskhod State Unitary Research Company.
