A traditional event of the Expert magazine – Congress “Gazeley” – will take place on September 29, 2010 in Swissotel Krasnye Holmy. The subject of the congress is the “Medium business management: experts’ discussion”. At the invitation of the Expert magazine Lyudmila Shusterova, the deputy of general director of outsourcing department of BDO in Russia, will deliver a report on Human resources management of companies’ finance services in postcrisis period.
The Lyudmila Shusterova’s report is planned to be held in the second section of the event “Human Resources management: opportunities, processes, needs”. In this section the debaters will discuss the questions of the companies’ postcrisis development, in particular, the current urgency of the human resources scarcity issue, questions connected with personnel stimulation programs (what is better: money or social package?), questions of proportion of constant and temporary parts of salary .
The main objective of the Congress “Gazeley” 2010 is – from the one side, to organize the exchange of experience between managers-experts, who reached actual results in their business, whose achievements and mistakes are in some way know-how, and from the other side, to involve consultants and business solutions developers to discuss “hard” questions. The strong emphasis of the discussion is laid on the analysis of specific solutions which were practically implemented in the business processes automation sphere, human resources management, presales training of business. Congress “Gazeley” is crucially distinguished from other business management technologies events because of the pragmatic and professional dialog between the discussers.
