The BDO group announces the merger of the Business Processes Outsourcing and Applications Support divisions under the new brand name of BDO Unicon Outsourcing. The new company will offer a number of outsourcing services to its clients, including the servicing of a wide range of business processes, such as financial accounting functions, payroll accounting and the support of ERP systems and IT infrastructures.
BDO Unicon Outsourcing also makes plans to extend the range of services with the use of portal technologies concerning interactions with counteragents and personnel, material accounting, master data management, etc.
Vladimir Solomin, the head of applications support department of BDO Unicon Outsourcing, emphasizes that, "This will not just allow us to offer our clients efficiently organized and optimized as to their prices business and IT processing outsourcing services. This will enable us to create comprehensive turnkey solutions for the support of business processes. The significance of this is hard to overestimate: it is another step forward in the development of domestic outsourcing".

A note is in order that, despite its new positioning, BDO Unicon Outsourcing has been present on the Russian and foreign markets for years, bringing together the 25 years-long experience of the Unicon consulting group in Russia and the CIS and the experience of the BDO international network of over 1200 offices across the world, that will become 50 years old this jubilee year.
BDO Unicon Outsourcing is now implementing over 300 outsourcing of business processes and applications support projects in Russia, the CIS, Europe, Africa and North and South America.
