BDO Unicon Outsourcing Named the Prizewinner of ASTRA Association Award

Ludmila Shusterova, Deputy General Director for Strategic Development, BDO Unicon Outsourcing, was named the prizewinner of the Service and Sourcing Stars Award for her years-long contribution to outsourcing development. The awarding ceremony took place during the Forum «Outsourcing in Modern Business Strategy 2020».

The awarding of corporate service customers and providers was among the highlights of the anniversary forum by ASTRA Association providing the outsourcing market experts with an opportunity to discuss where the outsourcing market is going, how companies are adapting innovative digital technology, and how providers use innovations to raise the appeal of their services to customers.
This award attests to the value of BDO Unicon Outsourcing contribution to the outsourcing market development. Ludmila Shusterova has over 20 years of experience in the area of business processes support. Ludmila serves as expert or moderator at professional events on a regular basis and she has published a number of papers dedicated to HR management, project management, and business processes outsourcing in major business editions (Vedomosti, Delovoy Peterburg, Generalny Direktor, etc.).

Ludmila Shusterova is on the editorial board of Russia’s first textbook in outsourcing – Outsourcing in Modern Business Strategy. The book reviews Russian and international trends in the outsourcing industry, all stages of processes outsourcing and efficient management and gives some tips that will enable companies to make their outsourcing «fly». The book contains multiple real-life examples and cases.

Thus, Ludmila’s effort generates and promotes best practice among outsourcing users and providers.
