More than 400 specialists in personnel management attend the annual Wow-HR Awards. The Wow-HR Awards is a conference where the brightest and most useful solutions are selected under the HR-brand and in the field of corporate communications, personnel management, and business processes.
BDO’s HR-bot — an aid which allows employees to access information about their salary and other payments, as well as the remaining vacation days — was presented under the Digital Solutions nomination. There were 15 nominated projects proposed by companies such as X5Retail and Qiwi.
BDO’s project came forth, and many requests were received from other companies interested in testing out the HR-bot.
