BDO Unicon Outsourcing has successfully passed the annual surveillance audit for compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 “Quality Management System” (QMS). Regular certificate renewal attests to the fact that the company ensures top-end management process quality and observes the accepted standards of business process management.
ISO 9001 is a management system standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) to evaluate the business processes and improve product and service quality. Any entity may apply for certification, whatever its corporate form, sector, or size. The list of the primary ISO 9001 requirements includes customer focus, leadership and people involvement, process approach, continual improvement of product and service quality.
The audit evaluated the company’s service quality in such areas as the outsourcing of financial operations, payroll, HR administration, and legal services, as well as accounting, tax, and managerial reporting in accordance with Russian and international standards.
