BDO Unicon Outsourcing has undergone audit to confirm its compliance with the requirements of quality management standard ISO 9001:2015.
The company has obtained said certificate back in 2011. It is subject to updating once every three years plus companies have to confirm its compliance under the valid certificate annually.
“The certificate is an important competitive edge for an outsourcing company. Compliance with ISO 9001 certifies high level of reliability and service quality, and enhances trust of actual and perspective customers to our company. I order to successfully undergo audit under ISO 9001, all departments have to continuously participate in quality assurance undertakings. I’m quite happy about active involvement of both managers and regular employees here. We’ll keep on getting better,” BDO Unicon Outsourcing’s head of optimization and regulation of business processes Pavel Zherdov commented.
