CX World Awards is an international award whose organisers invite and acknowledge the most interesting and successful projects, initiatives, strategies and technologies improving customer experience on an annual basis. The contest traditionally comprises two stages: the participants present an essay about their projects to the panel and defend them in the presence of the other finalists. This year, the list of contestants included Sberbank, Tele2, Schneider Electric and other big companies.
According to Galina Shablinsksaya, Director for Customer Relations, BDO Unicon Outsourcing, this sort of events encourage professional development and improvements in the customer service quality, as well as create an experience-sharing platform for the market participants.
