Professional participants of the market forecast the en-mass switching of Russia's companies from the per-project model of servicing to continuous servicing and outsourcing.
In December, in Moscow the business cub of the ASTRA association held a meeting to consider innovational servicing models and outsourcing. The meeting was attended by about 50 experts from various companies, including BDO Unicon Outsourcing, Sony, IBM, Sibur, MAYKOR, Euras Holding, Uralsib, UniCredit, PromSvyazCapital, Atos, Volkswagen and others.
In his report, Ilia Zhepetov, the Executive Director of BDO Unicon Outsourcing emphasized the necessity of managing clients' motivations where it concerned switching to outsourcing. He believes that it is important for market representatives to be able to show, both in theory and practically, the effectiveness of the outsourcing model and its advantages from not just financial viewpoint but also that of the enhanced quality of professional servicing. The active popularization of outsourcing and the development of professional education in this sphere, the clarification to business people of the principle difference between outsourcing and outstaffing and insourcing are the basic ways of resolving this problem.
