BDO Unicon Outsourcing, jointly with ACCA and the International Business Association of St. Petersburg (SPIBA) held a roundtable entitled "Anti-crisis Spending Management". The event took place in St. Petersburg on 15 April.
Lyudmila Shusterova, Director, strategic development of BDO Unicon Outsourcing, delivered a report on the analysis and optimization of spending also giving her own practical examples. Within the financial module of the event, representatives of such companies as Spirax Sarco Russia, Kleokner Pentaplast Rus and Metsä Fores shared their experiences managing spending in today's economic situation.
As the HR Spending Management roundtable continued, more reports were delivered by people from Chorus Consulting, Lenta and UnileverRus. Julia Sakharova, director of HeadHunter Northwest presented a research of the domestic labor market for the first quarter of the year 2015. In particular, she pointed out the changes in the policies concerning payrolls and monetary bonuses.
