BDO Unicon Outsourcing has passed an external audit of operational efficiency of tools to control quality of «payroll calculation» service under SSAE 18 / ISAE 3402 standards.This indicates that the company has a reliable and efficient system of tools for internal control of the quality of services provided.
During the audit, the internal procedures and policies to control the quality of services provided as well as compliance of the accompanying IT support with the requirements set by the internal information security standards were assessed.
As a result of the audit, BDO Unicon Outsourcing received a SOC 1 Type 2 report (report on the condition of the internal system to control processing of data related to generation of the financial statements of the entity being the report user). That document confirmed compliance of the payroll calculation and IT support services of BDO for the period from 1 January to 30 November 2020 with the common control procedure standards.
According to the auditor's independent opinion under SSAE 18/ ISAE 3402, the procedures and tools to control the operational efficiency of the provider company are transparent and the internal environment system to manage service processes is of high quality.
