On December 13, in Moscow, the fourth annual ASTRA, Version 2.012, Outsourcing Forum took place under the auspices of Forrester Research, attended by the NOA и IAOP international associations. Sergei Tiunov, CEO, and Lyudmila Shusterova, Marketing and Business Development Director, BDO spoke before the audiences gathered at the forum.
Sergei Tiunov presided at the regularly scheduled session of the IAOP Russian Chapter where representatives of outsourcing companies discussed the latest outsourcing tendencies and the current objectives of the association. The session was followed by a BPO committee meeting where Russia's BPO industry and the necessity of the compilation of a Russian language service catalog were looked at.
