Anna Kalashnikova was appointed to the position of the Head of the Transaction services department, a specialized division of the company that renders services in the sphere of payroll and HR services for Russian and foreign corporate clients.

Anna Kalashnikova has been working for outsourcing division of BDO group in Russia since 2006. She is a highly qualified expert and one of the key managers. Earlier Anna was the Head of the Accounting practice department, interacted with major Russian and foreign clients in the sphere of organization of process service rendering, accounting organization, prepared reporting as per RAS and GAAP standards, was responsible for methodological support during record keeping. Anna Kalashnikova took part in the process of sale of services to clients, administered work and communication with them, was involved in consultation.
 
Transaction services department the Head of which Anna will be is a specialized department that renders payroll and HR services. Transaction services department was established in year 2006. It includes two subdivisions – Payroll center and HR service. The creation of this department made it possible to lower costs by means of economy of scale, unification of uniform transactions and optimization of client relationship in the frame of rendering payroll and HR services.
 
Anna Kalashnikova, the Head of the Transaction services department:
-  Surely the appointment to the position of the Head of the Department is an important event for me. To a greater degree now I’ll be engaged in the organization of rendering services in the sphere of Payroll and HR administration. I hope that my previous work experience at the Department of accounting practice and business standards accepted in BDO group will help me to organize effective communication system with both clients and colleagues of the department.
