IEE Worldwide Limited, hereinafter referred to as the Corporation, being a foreign non-profit non-government organization incorporated on July 17th, 2013 under the legislation of the state of New York, the USA, registry no. 4432474, has an affiliation in the Russian Federation. For the purposes of HR and accountancy servicing of the Affiliation in the Russian Federation, the Corporation has concluded a Service Agreement with Unicon Outsourcing.

This is to certify that the Affiliation represented by the Director of the Affiliation expresses its gratitude to Unicon Outsourcing for high quality of accountancy servicing, payroll calculation, HR administering, and labor protection measures.

Over the time of cooperation with the Affiliation of IEE Worldwide LImited, as well as with currently defunct Affiliation of the Head Corporation Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Inc. being the founder of IEE Worldwide Limited, since 2010, Unicon Outsourcing has proved itself a reliable and professional partner rendering top quality services. High quality of the rendered services is maintained by professional and personal merits of the employees of Unicon Outsourcing, as well as perfectly arranged interaction between them.

Additionally, the quality of services rendered to the Affiliation by Unicon Outsourcing is further confirmed by the results of a mandatory annual audit that all NPO’s active in the Russian Federation are obliged to undergo. This fact confirms complete compliance of accountancy and other documents prepared by the employees of Unicon Outsourcing with the prevailing legislation of the Russian Federation.

On its part, the Affiliation considers cooperation with Unicon Outsourcing fruitful, reliable and reasonable, and also expresses its gratitude to the employees of Unicon Outsourcing who render the services in question.
