Unicon Outsourcing’s managing partner in business process outsourcing

Since 1993 Sergei has held C-level positions in several companies providing business process services. In 2005, he became the head of  Unicon Outsourcing.

Experienced in managing major projects in accountancy, payroll calculation and HR Administration outsourcing for major Russian and international holdings. At the Unicon group, Sergei is responsible for business processes and IT outsourcing. Sergei’s experience has allowed him to accumulate unique expertise in organising geographically distributed projects, creating solutions for joint operation, and supporting IT infrastructure for accountancy ecosystems.

Graduated from the Novosibirsk State University, major in Informatics. MBA at the European Institute of International Management, Paris.

Lyudmila has more than 20 years of experience in managing B2B companies. Lyudmila is responsible for both the formation of the company's strategy and its implementation, including the formation of a management team, attracting new competencies and new types of clients to the company.

Lyudmila is the co-author of the book "Outsourcing in Modern Business Strategy", the author of a number of publications in major business publications on topics such as personnel management, project management, business process outsourcing (Vedomosti, Delovoy Peterburg, CEO and others). In addition, she regularly acts as a speaker and moderator at conferences on company management and outsourcing.

She graduated from Moscow State University of Railway Communications, Faculty of Technical Cybernetics, holds an MBA from the American Institute of Business and Economics (AIBEC).

Director of Accountancy Services Department

Over 15 years of experience as manager of accountancy at major outsourcing companies. Over 20 years of experience in tax and financial accounting, development of accountancy policies, and arrangement of document flow.

At Unicon Outsourcing, Dmitri is responsible for accountancy services, tax, finance and corporate statements of customers, and their tax audits. He manages a team of 130 experts in finance and accountancy.

Key projects: management of services rendered by the department (over 220 customers); support for projects on an integration of ERP systems at the customer’s side; integration of parallel accountancy systems for customers; management of projects on automation of certain accountancy areas; the launch of quality assurance system at the accountancy services department.

Key clients: A, Amgen, Amdocs, Allergan, Boehringer Ingelheim, Gett, Sabre, Tom Tailor, Reiss, Sony Mobile, Open Text, Coriant, Innoscpec, Stokke, Nissan, Trafigura.

Dmitry graduated with honours from the Moscow State Academy for Fine Chemical Technologies. He is also a certified professional accountant.

Head of Payroll Department

Elena has 20 years of experience in tax/financial accounting for Russian and international companies. She has been a Director of Payroll and HR Services Department at Unicon Outsourcing since 2023. The payroll department under direction serves over 200 customers and processes over 47,000 payslips a month.

Key projects: project management of payroll calculation for BOSS Kadrovik for 12 legal entities of Schneider Electric; project for a transition of payroll calculation from Dynamics Axapta to 1C ZU for Rockwool — the international manufacturer of rock wool solutions; the project for the transition of payroll calculation from SAP HR to 1C ZUP for a telecommunications company; the project for the transition of payroll calculation from BOSS Kadrovik to 1C ZUP for a group of companies specialized in financial and banking services.

Elena graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations, the Facility of International Economic Relations with a degree in "Audit and Accountancy in Foreign Economic Activity". She is also a certified accountant.
